Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment if service work has not yet commenced. Government fees and third-party charges are non-refundable once paid.

Process

To request a refund, contact hello@mykagazat.com with your order reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
